Baker Kids recipes are consistent, feature text PLUS images to deliver to varied learning styles and the range of recipes offered will help you get ANY BAKE SALE FULLY STOCKED with tasty goodies!
THE BEST PART….No order forms, no collecting cash and no product distribution required. Supporters simply select your school at checkout on the Baker Kids website and every recipe purchase automatically counts towards your fundraising total.
To REGISTER your school simply email bakerkidsbyloveinside@gmail.com with the following info:
1. Point of Contact Name
2. Point of Contact Phone Number
3. Number of Students Participating
4. School Name
5. School Address
6. Dates FROM and TO that you’d like to run the promotion with your school (this can run any time from Week 2, Term 3 until 3 weeks before your Graduation Party.
To qualify to get your school a DIY Donut Decorating Station you simply have to have recipe sales equal to DOUBLE the number of PARTICIPANTS in your graduating class.
eg. 25 in a class, you simply need to get 50 recipe sales.
For graduating classes under 25 students, please register and we’ll get back to you on a case by case basis as to your targets.
This will earn your GRADUATING CLASS:
1. Enough donuts for the graduating class inclusive of decorating ingredients; Icing, sprinkles, popping candy, marshmallow, chocolate sauce, delivered to your school in time for your GRADUATION party!
2. Each student that orders no matter the number of recipes, will receive a coupon for FREE ACCESS to one of our 3 Baker Kids online video Cooking Classes valued at $15.

BAKER KIDS BAKE YOUR WAY TO GRADUATION PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROMOTER
The promotion is conducted by Baker Kids by Love Inside (“Promoter”).
ELIGIBILITY
Participation is open to Australian schools only.
To register, the Point of Contact for the school/graduating group must be:
Registrations must be submitted using a valid school email or P & C /P & F address.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse or cancel registrations that do not meet these requirements.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion commences on the date published by the Promoter and concludes on the closing date specified between the 2 parties.
Dates are available from Week 2, Term 3, 2026 and can remain open until 3 weeks prior to your 2026 graduation party ie. when the food is planned for.
Sales made outside the promotion period will not be counted towards prize eligibility but will still earn the coupon for the student.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Registered schools may promote the sale of Baker Kids Recipe Cards during the promotion period.
Recipe Cards are sold at the advertised price determined by the Promoter. $2.50 per recipe.
Sales will be recorded by the promoter.
DONUT DECORATING STATION REWARD
A class will qualify for a Donut Decorating Station when the class reaches the qualifying sales target published by the Promoter.
The qualifying sales target may be expressed as a minimum number of Recipe Cards sold per participating class.
REWARD CONTENTS

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION
Where donuts are unavailable, unsuitable, unable to be sourced, unavailable through the Promoter’s nominated supplier, or unavailable within a reasonable delivery area, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the donut component with an alternative decorating product of similar value and purpose.
Substitutes may include, but are not limited to:
No cash alternative will be offered.
DELIVERY
Rewards will be delivered to the participating school address where practical.
Delivery dates will be arranged between the Promoter and the school’s nominated contact person.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by:
FOOD ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
The Promoter does not guarantee that reward products are free from allergens.
Reward items may contain or have been manufactured in facilities handling:
Participating schools are responsible for reviewing ingredients and determining suitability for students.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for managing individual dietary requirements.
USE OF SCHOOL NAME
By participating, schools grant permission for the Promoter to publish the school’s name on promotional materials, social media, leaderboards, websites and promotional announcements relating to the promotion.
No student names or personal information will be published without appropriate consent.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter may substitute rewards with items of equal or greater value where required.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

Minimum Participation Requirement
The Promoter reserves the right not to award a Donut Decorating Station where fewer than 20 students are enrolled in the participating class, unless otherwise approved by the Promoter. Smaller classes may be assessed on a case by case basis as a part of registration.
