Frequently asked questions

Hardcopy Subscription; by mail monthly you’ll receive your entire Recipe Set comprising recipe card, stickers and food grade packaging.

  • Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time if you are on a direct debit monthly payment plan; however if all $ are paid up front, you may transfer the subscription to another person, but if you cancel you will forfeit the payment already made.
  • Payments are made at the beginning of the billing cycle.

You can purchase Gift Vouchers for single recipes or memberships or selected dollar amounts.

Your Gift Voucher will be emailed to you to pass onto your intended recipient.

We also have (hardcopy) Gift Vouchers which can be mailed inside a card for a special occasion with a special message too.
